Request for public participation at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Library Board of Trustees.
Library Board of Trustee meetings are open to the public. If you wish to speak at a meeting, you must complete this request form 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Each person wishing to speak during the meeting is required to fill out this request form stating the topic they wish to address. Speakers will be called by name at the appropriate time and are limited to three minutes to express opinions, ideas or concerns. Board members may ask questions of any person appearing before the Board at any time during the meeting. Comment from the public to the Board may take place only during the time designated for that on the agenda.
The Board may elect to take no official action, to study the facts presented and to take action at a later time, or to refer the issue.
