I agree to all contest rules and certify that the following are true:

I am the creator of the original piece of art I am submitting.
I agree that while I retain the Copyright for my image(s), Washington-Centerville Public Library is permitted to display, project, and reproduce work accepted for this contest for publicity and promotional purposes.
I grant permission to Washington-Centerville Public Library to use this artwork at their discretion with no compensation to me or to any of the subjects in the photograph.
I have obtained the permission of any identifiable individual if the photo was taken in a non-public place. They have agreed to allow me to submit this image in this contest and also agree to the non-compensation clause and display terms specified in this agreement.
I understand that submitted photographs will not be returned.
I understand that Washington-Centerville Public Library is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed or misdirected entries.
