Positivity matters
A time that I chose to be happy was when I was traveling to Europe. When I was in Europe, traveling was chaotic. We lost luggage, got lots of sickness and had some difficulties with switching planes. This though did not affect my trip, and I didn’t let it by being positive about the situation. Being positive was helpful because it made me not focus on the bad but on the good parts of the trip.
One of the problems was when we were getting on a plane there was an hour delay that made us late for our next flight, so we almost didn’t make it. I was positive and tried to play with my sister and just said it meant more time to watch movies, which made it better for my whole family because then she wouldn’t whine. When we finally got there, they had lost all our luggage, so we didn’t have anything. I decided to try to make the best of it by being happy to go shopping even though I didn’t like shopping.
An impact that attitude can make on your life is it can make you so much happier because you always see the bright side of things. Attitude matters and can make life easier for you because when you see everything like a glass half full person it makes life feel like that over time. Having a happy personality attracts other good people so it creates a better atmosphere for you. When I was in Italy everyone got sick, my brother puked multiple times at the airport and me and my sister and I got sick on the way. I was positive by trying to be quiet when they had headaches and help with things when everyone got sick.
Some lessons I learned were that being helpful, patient and positive goes a long way in life and are important skills to learn. My attitude will be influenced in the future because I learned to be more of a glass half full person and trying to be positive helps a lot in many situations. A quote that it thinks sis important is, “Happiness depends upon ourselves.”-Aristotle. Positivity is an important life lesson, and I think having some hard experiences in life can help you practice positivity.
