Library Services: Reserve a Meeting Room
Reservations are accepted no more than 90 days in advance. All visitors are expected to adhere to the Library's Rules of Conduct and Community Room/Creativity Space Policies.

Community Room/Creativity Space Reservation Elibility


You are eligible to reserve a Community Room/Creativity Space if you answer YES to all the questions below.

  1. Are you 18 years or older?
  2. Do you have a Washington-Centerville Public Library card? (If you do not have a library card, apply online now.)
  3. Do you live in, or is your organization located in, Centerville or Washington Township?
  4. Are you a non-profit organization? (Ex: Home owner’s association, Boy Scouts, etc.)
    • Community Rooms/Creativity Space may NOT be used for social activities, parties, commercial purposes/endeavors, or gatherings that advertise a product/service or political rallies.

Woodbourne Community Room at Woodbourne Library (Accommodates up to 70 people). Get more information.

Woodbourne Creativity Space at Woodbourne Library (Accommodates up to 20 people). Get more information.

  As an authorized adult representative of the above organization, I hereby apply for the use of the room as indicated above. I have read the Library Rules of Conduct and Community Rooms and Creativity Space Policies and agree that they will be carefully observed. If a meeting is cancelled, I agree to notify the Library as far in advance as possible. I understand that this is not a confirmed reservation and that my request must be approved by designated Library personnel.
